• Emergency veterinary assistance is available 24 hours a day. We are also located about five minutes by car from a surgery in Malvern.
• The kennels have a Chubb intruder alarm and Chubb fire alarm, both covered by a service contract with Chubb Alarms and connected to a 24/7 alarm monitoring facility.
• Pick-up and delivery of your pet from anywhere in the country.
• See what your pal is doing 24/7 via the webcam.
• Have one or more digital photograph of your dog sent to your e-mail daily including a diary of your dog's activites: when they were walked and by whom, when they were fed, etc.
• The kennels have their own kitchen with the necessary facilities to prepare Lucies Farm Premium Dog Food and premium dog biscuits.
• As a farm, Lucies Farm has farm-reared beef and fresh vegetables and eggs availale to accommodate any dietary requests.
• The kennels have their own shower facilities with its own supply of hot water. We staff an 11-year experienced dog groomer.
• The kennels have their own telephone extension and have piped in background music.
• We use vet bedding and have our own industrial washing machine in the kennel, and we will accomodate special bedding requests.
